Economic stimulus, estimated it would mean about $13 a week more in people's paychecks in late spring.
I just don't know what I will do with all that money.
President Barack Obama plans to order that all U.S. combat troops be withdrawn from Iraq by August 2010. That's just great.
Tell the enemy what you're going to do.
It just shows what an EXPERT Obama is on the military. Ha,ha.
I am sure Obama and his backers forgot that it was Bush who
said the US would leave when the Iraqis were capable
of governing and providing their own security.
I am sure Obama will some how take credit for the victory in Iraq.
I still want to know what inside information Obama had
on why he didn't want to go into Iraq.
When most of the world said Iraq had WMD's.
Obama said it was not the time or the place.
What did he know that the world didn't know?
And don't tell me he knew, some how, it was wrong.
I want facts, not Bush bashing.
I just want to know what Obama knew.
Spain's foreign minister has said his country is prepared "in principle" to take in some inmates released from the Guantanamo Bay US military camp.(BBC)
Just be sure you get the OK from the ACLU.
North Korea declared Tuesday it is making "brisk headway" in plans to send a satellite into orbit as part of its space program, a launch regional powers fear is a cover up for testing a long-range ballistic missile capable of striking Alaska and the western United States.
Iran successfully launched its first satellite into orbit.
Iran and Russia will announce on Wednesday a date for the Islamic republic's first nuclear power plant to go operational, the official IRNA news agency reported.
Anyone notice all this has happened since Obama has taken office.
Why didn't Obama ask them not to do any of this.
He said he would talk to them with "no preconditions".

Sens. Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand have a message for President Obama—send us the money.
New York’s two Democratic senators sent a note to Obama saying any governors who pass on funds from the $787 billion stimulus package signed into law last week can forward that money to New York.
“If any governor—Republican or Democrat—leaves stimulus money on the table, then we respectfully request that funds be distributed to New York,” the senators wrote. “We will put the money to good use, investing in education and new infrastructure, such as health care, IT and high-speed rail.”
Like a dog begging for a bone.
I like to know where all our state tax money has gone.
The highest taxed state in the nation and we still don't have any money.
NEW YORK – New York Post Chairman Rupert Murdoch apologized Tuesday for a cartoon that critics said likened a violent chimpanzee shot dead by police to President Barack Obama. When is Al Sharpton going to apologize for the Tawana Brawley hoax and
pay up. http://www.slate.com/id/2087557
Al Sharpton plays the race card every chance he gets. Idiot!
Jackson, Mississippi Mayor Frank Melton had taken an entourage of police officers and teenagers (some with criminal records) to a duplex in a poor neighborhood. Stating that the duplex was home to drug dealers, Mayor Melton then directed the odd mix of cops and teenagers to destroy the house with sledgehammers. http://www.reason.com/news/show/123117.html?re
When I first saw this, it NEVER mentioned he was a Democrat and Black.
If he was a Republican and white it would have been in the first sentence.
I have seen it too many times.
Here is an example: FRANKFORT, Ky. – Republican U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning apologized Monday to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for saying he believes she could die within a year from pancreatic cancer. At the same time, his planned bid for a third term in 2010 may have gotten tougher with one of Kentucky's top Republicans saying he has not ruled out a possible run.

Houston Tex. Democrat, Mayor Bill White yanked a controversial plan Tuesday that called for the city to use taxpayer funds to pay off some personal debts for first-time homebuyers, following a flood of outrage and criticism from across the city and beyond.
“I don’t think we ought to be in the business of paying off someone’
s debt so they can buy a house,” White conceded during an impassioned City Council meeting. “Paying off people’s credit cards is ridiculous.” http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/6277344.html
It’s all Bush’s fault.
Never take the blame for anything. Always blame Bush.
Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or not influence on society.
