Economists: The stimulus didn't help

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The recovery is picking up steam as employers boost payrolls, but economists think the government's stimulus package and jobs bill had little to do with the rebound, according to a survey released Monday.

In latest quarterly survey by the National Association for Business Economics, the index that measures employment showed job growth for the first time in two years -- but a majority of respondents felt the fiscal stimulus had no impact.

AG: Court challenge possible on immigration law

WASHINGTON -Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday that the federal government may go to court to challenge Arizona's new law which makes it a state crime to be in the United States illegally.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano also voiced reservations about the new state law, saying it could siphon federal money and staff from hunting down dangerous immigrants.

The critical comments by the nation's top law enforcement official and the Cabinet secretary responsible for enforcing immigration laws came four days after Arizona's governor signed a law designed to crack down on illegal aliens.

Two far left wacko's.  Don't get me started on them.

Their past actions stands.

Lets get one thing straight....... the Tea party and Conservatives are NOT against

Immigration.  They are against ILLEGAL Immigration. 

Big difference. But some how the liberals think it's the same. Fools.

Should we have an open border policy? Should we let all illegals become citizens? 

If that is the case lets get rid of all border patrols and ICE ( Immigration and Customs Enforcement). That would save the tax payer some money.

The illegals pay no income tax (No  Social Security number)

but the illegals use the health care and schools. 

What other country in the world does this? NONE! 

Why is it the democrats want to make everyone a citizen? 

It's called VOTES.

Open the flood gates.

If this happens the US will become a 3rd world nation,

in the next 20-30 years if not sooner.

The US will be a two class nation. 

The Rich and the poor, no middle class. 

And a big poor class, that the rich pay for in taxes.

Glad I'm as old as I am.
