Outback Steakhouse pledges $1 million to support troops
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, President Obama nominated Scott M. Matheson, Jr. to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Matheson currently holds the Hugh B. Brown Presidential Endowed Chair at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
“Scott Matheson is a distinguished candidate for the Tenth Circuit court,” President Obama said. “Both his legal and academic credentials are impressive and his commitment to judicial integrity is unwavering. I am honored to nominate this lifelong Utahn to the federal bench.” …
Coincidentally, Mr. Scott Matheson just happens to be the brother of the aforementioned Representative Jim Matheson, whose vote is now desperately needed to force ‘reconciliation’ through the House.
[Quid pro quo]
Howard Dean says Obamacare hangs out to dry, “Every democrat who’s running for office including the president in 2012.”
When 80% have health insurance, 10% are covered
by government health care, be it Medicaid or Medicare or some
other government program.
And the other 10% don't have any health care.
That makes it about 31 million people without health insurance.
How many of those who choose not to buy insurance when they could afford it?
It will be interesting if the government forces people to buy their
own insurance, if they can afford it.
I can't imagine what it would look like if the US had to have
a balanced budget like the states do.
An other thought.......does Mexico give free health care
to illegal Americans?
I wonder how many more Democrats will
be under investigation? At least in NY.
I wonder what Biden thinks of ObamaCare?
Whatever Obama tells him to think.
