The Compromise

Not only do I agree with Obama on health insurance, I will agree with Liberals on other things.

I am willing to compromise on a few other things, only if the Liberals will also compromise.

I will not to bash gays (I don't anyways), only if the liberals stop bashing religion.

On gay marriage I will not object. If gays want to marry let them.

On decriminalizing drugs, I will not object.

Let congress and the president decriminalize drugs.

I will not stand in the way.

Just for a heads-up, it will be like prohibition. It will be a transfer of cost.

The cost of law enforcement will be transferred to drug/drunk driving enforcement. Medical care

for drug addiction. Just as drinking and alcoholism increased after prohibition was reversed.

But I can live with that. Lets give decriminalizing of drugs a try.

On health care. I believe everyone should have health insurance.

But I do not want government run health care.

Ever government run social program is going broke.

If you make enough money(100K+) buy your own insurance.

If you are poor, very poor, government buys them health insurance.

For those in the middle, the government will give tax credits a sliding scale.

It will cost some tax payers more. That is my compromise.

But will the Liberals compromise.

Will they ban all abortion?

Will they allow drilling for oil anyplace in the US?

That is my position.

Can the Liberals agree to change? I bet not.
