NYC trial of 9/11 suspects poses legal risks (AP)
AP - Hauling the professed 9/11 mastermind and four alleged henchmen to a New York courthouse is a risky proposition for President Barack Obama. The move will bar evidence obtained under duress and complicate a case where anything short of slamdunk convictions will empower the president's critics.
Former Louisiana congressman William Jefferson was sentenced Friday to 13 years in prison following his conviction in a corruption case that featured a freezer full of suspected bribe money stuffed into boxes of veggie burgers.
A federal judge in Alexandria, Va., handed down the sentence to Mr. Jefferson, a 62-year-old Democrat ousted by voters last year. He had been convicted by a jury of bribery, money laundering and racketeering in schemes that prosecutors said he devised to enrich himself and his family.
FACT CHECK: Palin's book goes rogue on some facts
Palin goes adrift, at times, on more contemporary issues, too. She criticizes President Barack Obama for pushing through a bailout package that actually was achieved by his Republican predecessor George W. Bush — a package she seemed to support at the time.
A look at some of her statements in "Going Rogue," obtained by The Associated Press in advance of its release Tuesday:

Kliphnote:
Why would Obama and Holder bring any Gitmo detainees to the US? Now they will have the same rights as US citizens. They are NOT US CITIZENS! The ACLU will be happy. This is stupid. The world is watching. Not only the Euro-weaklings would be happy. But the enemy's of the US are also watching. Weak! Very weak. Just why not have the trail in Gitmo.
As deputy attorney general in 1999, Holder — now attorney general -pressed subordinates to drop objections to clemency for 16 members of violent Puerto Rican nationalist organizations.
Of course Obama is in Asia, on a Friday when the announcement is made.
And while you are it, give up in Afghanistan. If you don't like what your general says, ask someone else. Keep asking until you get the answer you want. You leave now you lost the war. Not Bush, but Obama will lose the war. He ran his campaign on the war in Afghanistan. As if he knew how to run a war. He didn't. You fired the general and hired your own. And you don't like the answers.
I find it unbelievable. I said Obama was too inexperienced to be president. Some said Palin was too inexperienced to be Veep. With no concern about Obama having even less experience. Obama never ran anything, EVER! And it shows.
They were more interested with Obama's left wing policy's.

Not surprising, AP fact checks Palin's book. Never links to those facts. Someone should fact check the AP. Did they ever fact check Gore's or Obama's or Clinton's book? Never!
I did not fact check this: Obama has traveled more on Air force One in 10 months than any president has in four years.
Just waiting for AP to do that. Still waiting......
Well that makes two CNN people, within a year, who "quite" or there contract not renewed. Because they were not left leaning . Dobbs and Beck
PS. I am still waiting for my tax cut.
