ICE Director: 9 out of 10 Illegal Immigrants That ICE Has Arrested Have a Criminal Record
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Thomas Homan said, during an event at the National Press Club, that 89 percent of illegal immigrants that ICE has arrested have criminal records.
