New ICE boss’ background as defense attorney for murderers, pedophiles raises questions about his credentials
The
man tabbed to head Immigration and Customs Enforcement is a longtime
criminal defense attorney who has represented convicted murderers,
rapists and pedophiles and fought for the release of violent convicted
offenders - a background some critics say makes him a less than ideal
choice to head the nation's second-largest law enforcement agency.
