Edward Snowden
The White House sharply criticized Hong Kong for allowing
suspected National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden to travel to
Russia despite the felony charges against him and the revocation of his
U.S. passport, and said the decision will have consequences for the
U.S.-China
relationship.
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., NY.) criticized Russia, and President
Vladimir Putin, for “aiding and abetting” NSA leaker Edward Snowden, who
left Hong Kong for Moscow Sunday morning.
