Media Bias

Who says there is no media bias.

You know if there is one thing that gets me more pissed than anything
else, it's media bias.
They stand behind the first amendment and think they can print and say
anything they want.
But they tell us they are not biased. Bull crap!

Obama goes to the Middle East and Europe, the three broadcast networks
sent their three prime time network news anchors.
CBS chief anchor Katie Couric , ABC's Charles Gibson and
NBC's Brian Williams.

McCain has been to Iraq three (that's right, 3) times since March and
not once have the network news anchors
have gone with him.

For each of the weeks between June 9 and July 13, Obama had a much
more significant media presence. The Project for Excellence in
Journalism evaluates more than 300 political stories each week in
newspapers, magazines and television to measure whether each candidate
is talked about in more than 25 percent of the stories.

Every week, Obama played an important role in more than two-thirds of
the stories. For July 7-13, for example, Obama was a significant
presence in 77 percent of the stories, while McCain was in 48 percent,
the PEJ said.

Now the New York Times will not print a McCain rebuttal to Obama,
less than a week after the paper published an essay written by Obama.

'It would be terrific to have an article from Senator McCain that
mirrors Senator Obama's piece,' NYT Op-Ed editor David Shipley
explained in an email late Friday to McCain's staff. 'I'm not going to
be able to accept this piece as currently written.
('Shipley served in the Clinton Administration from 1995 until 1997 as
Special Assistant to the President and Senior Presidential
Speechwriter.)

If we had the same media in World War Two that we have now, we would
all be speaking German or Japanese.

This is totally unbelievable. The media treats Obama like he is the
next coming. Obama Mania is an understatement.

Obama's followers treat him like he is the next coming.

Can anyone tell me what Obama stands for, besides change. He flip
flops and double talks on almost everything.

You ask him about taxes and he tell you he knows lower taxes on
investments brings in more money for the government, but he'll still
raise taxes. Why? He will not say.

He tells you he agrees with the Supreme Court on the 2nd Amendment, but
than says it should be left up to local government.
Well than you don't agree, or do you.

He says we should be out of Iraq now. Than says he will make up his
mind when he becomes president.

He waffles on everything.

But the media and his followers treat him like a rock star.

If you believe there is no media bias you have to be living in a cave.

All of them: ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN(2), PBS, Newsweek, and most news papers.
They all will endorse Obama. Watch and see.

Maybe it's time for the Supreme Court to look at the first Amendment.

Besides, Obama wants to meet with our "enemy" without precondition.

Why didn't he meet with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the president of Iran when
he was at the UN last September.
The UN is in New York City, New York state, USA.

Obama, who has been more eager to meet with Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad than with Gen. David Petraeus.

Why doesn't he meet with Ahmadinejad while he is in the Middle East?

If Former US president Jimmy Carter can meet with Hamas.
And U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi can meet with Syrian President
Bashar al-Assad.

Can anyone tell me why Obama will not meet with Ahmadinejad, NOW?

I'll tell why. If he talks to Ahmadinejad now, but can't get the
response he wants, his talking points are shot
for the rest of the campaign. It is just a sham.

But only a cynic would suggest a liberal media bias.
Mainstream media and liberal Democrats, if that's not redundant.

He's not the president. It is one thing to tour friendly countries and meet the leaders. It is totally different to meet with the enemy. He would be criticized for that too. He'd probably be called a traitor.

He could meet him at the UN.
Obama could give
a speech at the UN about
Iran.
Who would call him a traitor?
Not the media, they would call him a hero for trying.
He will not do it.
He needs his talking points.
